A focused two-day programme that equips Ancillary Managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead teams, coach staff, and manage performance in a fair and consistent way.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
• Lead teams effectively through day-to-day operational challenges
• Use coaching techniques to improve confidence and capability
• Understand personality differences and their impact on teamwork
• Carry out structured supervisions and appraisals
• Manage difficult conversations professionally
• Support performance improvement while maintaining good working relationships
• Create action plans to improve team effectiveness
As HCPA hold the Quality Assured Learning Service (QACLS) benchmark, you can confidently book this programme, knowing the training is of an exceptionally high standard and will provide you with the vital skills needed to successfully lead.
Learners are expected to attend each of the learning and development modules that make up the programme and will only be able to receive a certificate of completion if they have participated in all modules. Delegates who withdraw or do not complete will not be refunded and won’t be able to claim reimbursement through the LDSS. Cancellation charges apply. Delegates who are late may not be admitted into the training and costs incurred.
