We have used Herts Good Care since it started. It is an excellent service and is highly effective as we have a lot more information on each candidate prior to us calling them. The team are all great, very responsive and follows up with us about the applicants they have sent our way. The candidates expect our call and we contact them straight away which means we have more success. Another bonus is that the service is free! It is an excellent service.
