There are many different types of specialist nurses, these may include community matron, tissue viability nurse, cancer nurse, stroke nurse, respiratory nurse, colorectal nurse, diabetes nurse, epilepsy nurse, palliative care nurse, dementia care nurse and a Parkinson’s nurse.
