Launch of the NEW Purple Folder for adults with a learning disability in Herts – 12th April
The Purple Folder has undergone a review which professionals, people with a learning disability, and people who support them have all contributed to.
The result is that the Purple Folder pages have now been changed.
In light of LeDeR outcomes and identified health inequalities, the new pages are aimed at enabling health and care professionals to easily identify the reasonable adjustments and communication needs of the person in order to overcome barriers and reduce the risk of delays in diagnosis.
Everyone who has a Purple Folder is eligible for the new version.
This session will go through what the differences are and how to complete and use the new version.
