HCPA are managing the Digital Transformation Fund on behalf of the Hertfordshire and West Essex ICS. Funding for implementation of Digital Social Care Records is now available for care providers who meet the below eligibility criteria:
- Be a CQC Registered Provider
- Currently use paper-based records
- Choose a supplier from NHSE’s Assured Supplier List
Funding can be claimed to cover 50% of year one implementation costs including licence fees, hardware and staffing to a maximum of £10,000.
