The training was very good; it completely met all our needs. This had a large impact on the understanding of what training needs to be fulfilled by staff.
The Quick Win Session has had a positive impact, certainly helping care practitioners understanding how to deal with situations. We are able to support carers a lot better now, which has an impact on the residents. I found the session really interesting and definitely learnt a lot.
It was really good. The training provided a good opportunity to meet other people, learn about their challenges, and offer ways to improve each other.
