The theme for this Members Network Event was ‘Preparing for CQC, a proactive approach for Managers’.
In this networking event we looked at ways that managers can start to prepare their services for inspections in 2023.
By breaking down the key questions and quality statements we hope to assist providers in ensuring that they are ahead of the curve when it comes to their CQC inspection.
We also have a talk from The Money Advice Unit who offered advice and guidance around the cost-of-living crisis which providers can share with staff and people who may use their services.
Hertfordshire County Council’s Director of Adult Social Care, Chris Badger also attended and gave an update on Adult Social Care in the county.
