What do the characteristics of a good culture look like and how are you implementing this within your organisation?
At this Network event we focused on the importance of quality, effective engagement and empowerment of staff, and how having a solid behaviours framework will under pin the culture of your organisation. In addition, we looked at culturally appropriate care, advocacy, and digital and delegated responsibilities and new ways of working.
We also had exclusive presentations from the DHSC and the Home Office who talked about overseas and ethical recruitment.
As usual we were joined by speakers from HCC and Public Health so that you are fully updated on what is happening within Hertfordshire and how to support your care business.
