Test kit orders can only be delivered to a care agency’s address as registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Orders cannot be delivered to other locations, such as an individual homecare worker’s personal address.

If your offices are closed due to coronavirus then you may wish to set up a Royal Mail redirect to a central address of your choice.

If you are a national care agency with multiple office sites that aren’t registered as unique locations we may be able to distribute kits to regional office locations, please join a webinar and provide us with details of this. Please note we cannot deliver kits to homes or to extra care or supported living settings.
