This course offers a hands-on approach to auditing practices in care settings. Learners will gain crucial skills for developing robust internal auditing systems, focusing on improving service quality. Emphasising the role of audits in risk management and quality assurance, the course covers legislative requirements and practical implementation of audit management toolkits. Through case studies, participants will learn to navigate audits effectively, ensuring compliance and fostering continuous improvement. Additionally, the course will guide learners in fostering a culture of quality within care organisations.
