We have spent thousands to recruit from CV-Library, Total Jobs, Reed, and others and the quality of applicants is nowhere near the quality of applicants through HCPA. This is because HCPA puts lots of effort into speaking with candidates, finding out as much detailed information about them as possible – skills, knowledge, work history, personality, attitude. Basically, HCPA does the interviews instead of us. They do select only the best candidates and provide comprehensive information about them so we as an employer can make a more informed decision if would like to proceed with face to face interview. With applicants from other national recruitment companies and job boards you spend days calling applicants and might not even get 1 interview out of 100 applicants.
