It supports both Deputy Managers and Registered Managers to move beyond task focused management and lead with confidence\, professionalism and clear accountability\, creating well led\, high performing services.\nThrough interactive learning\, real life care home scenarios and practical leadership tools\, the programme reinforces the importance of clear leadership roles\, effective delegation and reflective practice.
