HCPA offers three fully functioning spacious centres to hire. All three centres are in an idyllic barn conversion within close proximity to the Welwyn Garden City town centre, with good connections to public transport.
Attimore Barn comprises of three bright and comfortable centres suitable for training sessions, meetings, small conferences and seminars. We have a friendly in house team to aid you in the success of your event in the planning process and on the day. Each centre is fully equipped with AV equipment, stationary & kitchen facilities included in the Venue hire cost.
The centres are equipped with state of the art facilities, designed for our colleagues within in the Care sector, including a resource library, a bed and hoist and care appropriate IT software.

Rates based on 12 people using venue
- Full Day ( 9am-4.30pm)- Lunch and Parking not included, must park offsite £120
- Half Day Morning or Afternoon (9am-12:30pm or 1pm-4.30pm) – Lunch and Parking not included, must park offsite £75
Additional people £5 per head (possible only if the room capacity allows, please check with us first)
HCPA Education Centre
Fully equipped spacious venue located upstairs at HCPA, suitable for up to 25 people includes library. Ideal for leadership training, but can also be used for other training and meetings in a spacious and comfortable environment.
HCPA Training Centre
Fully equipped spacious venue – suitable for all training courses including more practical courses, such as First Aid and Moving & Handling (bed and hoist included in price) – up to 25 delegates with disabled access.
HCPA Network Centre
Fully equipped more intimate venue also located upstairs at HCPA, suitable for up to 12 delegates for small training sessions or meetings.
