All HCC contracted services required to join

We are delighted to share with you the newly updated Herts Care Partners webpage and would like to invite you to join the network of care providers who strive to:

  • Build resilience in health and social care
  • Raise the profile of health and social care through the ‘Good Care Campaign’
  • Work together with people and carers in mind

How do you become a Herts Care Partner?

As of April 2018 all Hertfordshire County Council contracted services are required to join the Herts Care Partners network, with HCPA running the network on HCC’s behalf.

All providers can join the network. Whether you are a private, independent or voluntary care provider, all you need to do is complete the 4 simple steps below to join.

Step 1 – Carry out two self-assessment toolkits (Resilience and Safeguarding)

Step 2 – Sign up to the ‘Good Care Campaign’

Step 3 – Write a partnership and quality statement

Step 4 – Send us proof of completed steps 1-3

In return you will receive the following:

  • Herts Care Partners lanyards for each member of staff within your service
  • A membership certificate signed by the Director of Health and Community Services as well as the Chief Executive of HCPA
  • A high-resolution version of the Herts Care Partners logo to use on your website and marketing materials
  • Your organisation will be featured as a Herts Care Partner on the HCPA website
