Hertfordshire County Council’s Integrated Community Support Team has launched its tender for a Framework for Spot Providers. The tender is split into 10 Lots, covering all geographic areas of Hertfordshire and Live-In Care.

These services will replace existing spot provision across the County, including existing spot contracts and the current St Albans Framework. The Framework is timetabled to commence on the 1st December 2022, supporting people aged 18 and over and their carers, for a duration of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

The Services are designed to promote individual well-being, keep people safe, support people to do as much as they can for themselves and allow them to live as independently as possible in their own home and communities.

The Council welcomes bids and requests that providers express an interest in the opportunity and view the documentation. Existing spot providers, as well as potential new partners will need to bid to join the Framework.

The tender submission deadline is 12 noon on Monday 25th April 2022.
