The NHSmail Centre of Excellence team are asking for feedback from providers who use NHSmail. They would like to hear about your experience of using the platform and its associated services e.g. the NAS Helpdesk.

You will be asked about things such as:

  • Your everyday experience of using NHSmail.
  • How you find out about their services.
  • The technology you use.
  • Your role, where this will help them to understand what people need from their services and other health care professionals you are working with.

The feedback should take no more than 15 to 25 minutes and can be either face-to-face or virtual. If you would like to share your views and help improve NHSmail, please contact feedback@nhs.net. They will then arrange a convenient time to speak with you. This is completely voluntary, and you can withdraw from this at any time.
