HCPA have been funded to support the roll out of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training for Hertfordshire and West Essex for CQC Registered Health and Social Care providers.
A key part of the training is to include Experts with Lived Experience as Co-trainers. These Co-Trainers will work alongside our HCPA training team. It is required that the Experts with Lived Experience are Learning Disability (intellectually challenged) and/or may have a diagnosis or autism and are/ have used a health or social care service. HCPA will be offering casual employment contracts that are flexible hours to suit individuals needs so we would need to know the hours which would suit an individual which would not affect their benefits.
