New videos released by Hertfordshire and West Essex STP
Two new videos have been released as part of Hertfordshire and West Essex’s Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) to advise people how to cope with the symptoms of the Norovirus; also known as the ‘winter vomiting bug’.
The first video, which can be found here, covers the symptoms of norovirus, with self-care suggestions for treatment, as well as emphasising the impact that norovirus can have on hospitals on care homes.
The second video, found here, includes advice for those with respiratory illnesses, including practical types on inhaler use, ‘rescue’ packs and managing in cold weather.
