Last chance to book: Exercise, Digital Skills and E-Safety

HCPA has a small amount of funding left for our popular Community Education courses – book now to avoid disappointment.

There are 2 courses on offer:

Chair Based Exercise with a Strength & Balance Focus

We have updated our popular Chair Based Exercise Programme, which focuses on building muscle strength, bone density, joint flexibility, and circulatory health by gradually building stamina.

The exercises are adapted for a range of needs and are designed to support individuals to be as independent as possible whilst continuing to undertake activities of daily living. By the end of the programme individuals can be supported to progress to standing strength and balance exercises.

Duration: 13 weeks (includes digital assessments of balance, falls risk, walking speed and gait)
