The Integrated Health and Care Commissioning Team at HCC are holding an event to support adults with Learning Disabilities to understand how to look after their health and keep well.

This is a free event for adults who live in Hertfordshire and have a learning disability or anyone who supports someone with a learning disability.

They have an exciting line-up of workshops and fun activities about how to keep good health, and there will also be a team of friendly nurses there for guests and their carers to ask questions about mental health issues.

Date: Thursday 22nd February 2018
Venue: The YMCA, 59 Russet Drive, St Albans, AL4 0DB.
Time: 9.30am – 3.30pm (registration is at 9.30am and workshops start at 10am)

Refreshments will be available, but please bring along a packed lunch if you plan on staying for the whole day! If you can attend for the full day that would be fantastic, but if not please just pop in when you can.

Do you know someone who might like to attend? Please share this with anyone you think would benefit from, or be interested in, attending this event.

To find out more information and to book a place, please see the attached flyer.
