Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) are planning to deliver 3 separate events ahead of Carers Week, which is 10 – 16 June 2019
Getting Carers Connected is the theme for 2019 by Carers UK. The events will last for 3 hours each.
Each event is designed for specific service area so that staff (including managers and clinicians), carers and their cared-for can jointly engage to share and learn together, promote the Triangle of Care, HPFT Carer Pathway and the new HPFT Carers Work Plan 2019-21.
