It explores how to identify and respond to malnutrition and dehydration\, including in those living with dementia or dysphagia\, using the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST). \nLearners will also consider cultural and religious dietary needs\, menu planning\, and the role of nutrition and hydration at end of life.
