A ‘Well Led’ organisation will be en-route to gaining ‘outstanding’ at inspection. It is vital that leaders of all levels are given the resources they need to not only do their job but also to reflect on their own practice. HCPA’s leadership courses are all designed to focus on the care sector and not just on theoretical models of leadership.

There are courses for those brand new to leadership (such as team/shift leaders) and also courses for senior managers. Providing a safe space to discuss and plan new strategies, we want managers to be transformational with their teams and these courses are written in a way to enable this without feeling that aims are beyond tasks that can be carried out in a real working environment.
