DESCRIPTION:Course fee: Fully funded \n2 hour session via MS Teams \nThis webinar introduces the Central East ICS guidance on delivering high‑quality\, equitable end of life care for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. It will support health and social care professionals\, paid carers\, and families to better recognise when someone may be approaching the end of life\, start timely and appropriate conversations\, and put person‑centred plans in place. \nThe session will explore key principles including early identification\, reasonable adjustments\, inclusive advance care planning\, communication needs\, mental capacity\, and coordinated working across services.
