A certificate of completion will only be issued to learners who participate in all five modules. \nFrom Good to Excellent \nA five-day leadership and improvement programme for adult social care leaders who want to make meaningful\, measurable improvements within their service.\nThis practical programme supports leaders to move beyond identifying what could be better and develop the skills\, confidence and structure to lead real change in the workplace.\nCombining change leadership\, TEAMology and the Skills for Care Leading Change Improving Care approach\, learners will identify an improvement opportunity within their own service and develop it into a structured workplace innovation project.\nAcross the five days\, learners will explore how to engage colleagues\, manage resistance\, use feedback and evidence effectively\, and evaluate whether change is achieving the intended impact. The focus is not simply on what has changed\, but the difference that change has made.\nBy the end of the programme\, learners will have developed practical evidence of leadership\, innovation and continuous improvement that can contribute to their service’s wider quality assurance and improvement activity. \nLearning outcomes \n\nIdentify meaningful opportunities for innovation and improvement within their service.\nUnderstand themselves and others to lead and engage people through change.\nTurn ideas into a structured\, achievable workplace innovation project.\nEngage colleagues and stakeholders and manage resistance to change.\nUse feedback\, data and evidence to measure the impact of improvement.\nBuild credible evidence that supports PAMMS\, quality assurance and continuous improvement.\nEmbed successful changes so that improvements are sustained.\nConfidently showcase their innovation\, learning and impact.\n\nAs HCPA hold the Quality Assured Learning Service (QACLS) benchmark\, you can confidently book this programme\, knowing the training is of an exceptionally high standard and will provide you with the vital skills needed to successfully lead. \n*Please note: As per our T&C’s\, this course carries a fee.
