The course builds clarity\, focus and confidence under pressure\, helping leaders prioritise effectively\, coach themselves and others\, and sustain their impact in demanding care environments. \nThis Skills for Care CPD module places coaching at the heart of effective leadership\, supported by strong self management and resilience. \nThe day begins by exploring what resilience really is\, and how self management\, emotional intelligence\, beliefs and values influence leadership behaviour under pressure.
