Built in protected time allows participants to practise self management techniques\, apply coaching approaches\, and create clarity around focus\, boundaries and next steps. \nLearning Outcomes\n• Explain how effective coaching is underpinned by strong self management and resilience\n• Describe what resilience is and how it supports sustained leadership effectiveness\n• Reflect on how their beliefs\, values and behaviours impact their leadership presence\n• Use a practical coaching model in everyday leadership conversations\n• Identify and prioritise leadership goals\, protecting their most important priorities\n• Apply coaching skills to support clarity\, focus and development in themselves and others\n• Implement practical strategies to manage pressure\, time and competing demands \nJoin us to build your skills\, enhance your leadership\, and boost your team’s performance. \nAs HCPA hold the Quality Assured Learning Service (QACLS) benchmark\, you can confidently book this programme\, knowing the training is of an exceptionally high standard and will provide you with the vital skills needed to successfully lead.\nThis course is eligible for Adult Social Care providers to claim 100% cost reimbursement through the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS) under Understanding Self Management*. \n*Please note: As per our T&C’s\, this course carries a fee.
