It focuses on best practice in special observation\, helping staff understand when and why it is used\, their responsibilities\, and how to use it in a way that benefits both the person receiving care and the staff providing support. \nThe course uses practical examples to explore communication\, approach\, spotting distress\, and responding appropriately.
