The session centres on guided conversation\, reflective dialogue\, and shared experience\, enabling leaders to explore real challenges collaboratively and translate insights into effective action. \nFocusing on difficult workplace conversations\, this course creates space for leaders in adult social care to discuss the factors that make these conversations challenging and why engaging in them is essential. Through facilitator-led dialogue and exploration of a practical 5-step strategy\, participants will examine how to prepare for and hold solution-focused discussions\, give constructive feedback\, and support meaningful action planning.
