SUMMARY:Care Home Medication CHAMPION - Application

Champions mentor peers\, influence care delivery\, and maintain elevated care standards through ongoing governance and learning. \nWe suggest care providers have a Champion in each relevant topic area. To ensure quality and focus\, each individual may only be a Champion in up to two topic areas: \n Care Culture | Data Security & Protection | Dementia | Enablement | End of Life | Engagement | Falls & Frailty | Infection Prevention & Control | Medication | Mental Capacity | Mental Health Service | Positive Behaviour Support (ADS) | Skin Health | Safeguarding \nFind out more and apply here \nNote – This is an application\, not a booking. If approved\, you will be invited to book.
