DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nCourse fee: HCPA Full Member: Fully funded*\nAssociate Member: £37.50+VAT | ACE Member: £50+VAT | Non-member: £75+VAT \nOne day course at HCPA Campus\nThis course provides delegates with an awareness of Positive Behaviour Support.\nDelegates will learn why the behaviour of concern occurs and how to avoid triggers.\nProactive and reactive interventions will be explored\, discussing how following PBS plans can enable better outcomes and quality of life for the individual they support. \nLearning objectives:\n• Explain principles and values that underpin PBS including human rights.\n• Describe reasons behaviours of concern occur.\n• Recognise proactive and reactive interventions.\n• Explain importance of tracking behaviour \n*Please note: As per our T&C’s\, this course carries a fee in the event of non-attendance\, non-completion or late cancellation.\nBookings of more than two delegates per site may be amended to allow access to all member organisations at the discretion of HCPA.\nDelegates who are late may not be admitted into the training and a cost incurred
