Key areas include myth-busting\, understanding unconscious bias\, and challenging outdated perceptions. You’ll learn essential skills in person-centred care aligned with CQC standards and explore how dementia care has evolved over the past decade. Dive into proactive care strategies\, including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)\, effective documentation\, therapeutic observations\, and spotting early signs of deterioration.
