Time Management for Leaders – Cohort 9

This course is best suited for all managers/ seniors or supervisors who have direct line reports

The course will aid learners in identifying their “Thieves of time”, analysing and prioritising their task responsibilities and provide practical tools to manage time more effectively

Learning objectives:
• Balance an open door policy with actioning important strategic task
• Prioritise and manage your workload using effective techniques
• Work effectively with others to achieve optimal results
• Support the team to work SMART around time management

Learners will be expected to be engaged in learning, participate in all activities including group discussions, and be willing and able to implement the skills from the session

Learners should be prepared to discuss their time management concerns

A Onefile (e-portfolio) profile will be created on the learners behalf to support them in the completion of their course
