Time Management for Leaders

This course will aid learners to identify their “Thieves of Time”, analysing and prioritising their task responsibilities and provide practical tools to manage time more effectively.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Balancing culture within the workplace and action important strategic tasks
- Prioritise and manage your workload using effective techniques
- Work effectively with others to achieve optimal results
- Support the team to work ‘SMART’ around time management
