Course description

This course is best suited to leadership/senior roles or anyone who has responsibilities for recruitment/staff

The course gives learners the opportunity to discuss their current recruitment strategies, share best practice ideas and identify current organisational culture and trends

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course learners will be able to:
– Identify why people leave job roles
– Utilise new techniques to keep staff motivated and loyal
– Demonstrate the skills to design a recruitment action plan

Requirements and expectations

Learners will be expected to be engaged in learning, participate in all activities including group discussions, and be willing and able to implement the skills from the session

Learners should have prior knowledge of internal HR processes and recruitment and retention rates for their organisations

A Onefile (e-portfolio) profile will be created on the learners behalf to support them in the completion of their course
