Course Description

This open course is designed to support you to think outside the box when recruiting and retaining frontline staff, and is aimed at managers or recruiters within your organisation. Please bring a printed job advert along for a frontline care and support role, which you will be using as part of the session. This will assist you in developing a credible job advert, to implement into your recruitment strategy.


Learning Outcomes

  1. To explain how Herts Good Care supports your organisation
  2. To identify all benefits that your organisation offers to staff
  3. To demonstrate how to write an attractive job advert
  4. To summarise three things you can do as a manager to motivate and retain staff
