Recruitment and Retention: Think outside the box – January Session AM

This open course is designed to support you to think outside the box when recruiting and retaining frontline staff, and is aimed at managers or recruiters within your organisation. Please bring a printed job advert along for a frontline care and support role, which you will be using as part of the session. This will assist you in developing a credible job advert, to implement into your recruitment strategy.
