Course Description

During this course attendees will learn what dignity in care looks like and learn how to support service users and others in a dignified manor.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

■ Summarise what is dignity and how is it promoted within the organisation and care practices
■ Using reflective practices identify new ways of working and state how these will be implemented
■ Demonstrate knowledge of skills and areas of development
■ Be able to share best practice ideas
■ Utilise and learn terminology and understand the importance of getting right

This course is suitable for all levels of staff working within any type of adult care service.
