Build a Culture of Dignity for Managers – Cohort 4

Course description

This course is designed for any leaders or managers who are directly responsible for line managing their work force and or lead their team.

The course covers what dignity in behaviour looks like, how to be a good role model, and how to support staff and service users in a dignified manner

Learning outcomes

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
– Summarise what dignity is and how it is promoted within the organisation
– Use reflective practices
– Identify new ways of working and state how these practices will be implemented
– Demonstrate knowledge of staff personalities and skill mix by getting it right for team development
– Identify new ways of recording and sharing information

Requirements and expectations

Learners will be expected to be engaged in learning, participate in all activities including group discussions, and be willing and able to utilise their skills from the session

Learners should be in a leadership role and be able to implement change within the organisation

A Onefile (e-portfolio) profile will be created on the learners behalf to support them in the completion of their course
